We are a tough stock here in Big Sky country, braving many many months of cold. Yes, winter in Montana is long. However, the bounty of southwestern Montana is understated. From Bozeman to Virginia City over to Wilsall, we have producers of all kinds that have food to offer year round. Greens growing in greenhouses all winter long, beef and lamb, goat cheese, lentils, and much more. It is right here in our backyard, you just have to seek it out, and the Bozeman Winter Farmers’ Market is providing the opportunity for you to connect with your local farmers, ranchers, and business owners.
